Living Spaces (2001 - 2003)

When I moved into my first apartment, it was great...but really boring. 70s orange counters and white walls. Everything else was beige. I would have loved to do work in it, but I wasn't allowed. Since then, I've always lived in places where home improvement has been acceptable, if not encouraged. I love working on my home almost as I love cooking in the kitchen. Those two passions led to the design concept behind Living Spaces.

Living Spaceswas a cross between Martha Stewart and Trading Spaces. A combination of elegance and utility. Martha Stewart makes the most beautiful things for the home and the tastiest things in the kitchen. Amy Wynn builds pieces with elegance or keeps the lines clean and contemporary, in either case, the piece is functional. This site was an experiment in contrast and relies heavily on tables for its layout.
